Modus® is pleased to announce Will Morgan’s appointment as Director of Supply Chain and Operations. With a background spanning supply chain, e-commerce fulfillment, product management and operational leadership, Will brings experience across both the day-to-day execution of complex operations and the systems that support them.
Most recently, Will served as Director of Operations, North America at Pattern, where he led operations supporting more than 200 consumer brands across e-commerce marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. Prior to Pattern, Will spent more than seven years at Amazon, first in operations leadership roles across its fulfillment network and later in product management for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
In his new role at Modus, Will will oversee inventory, receiving, fulfillment and shipping, as well as relationships with manufacturers, vendors and carriers. He will also focus on strengthening the processes, technology and analytics that support greater efficiency, visibility and scalability across the company’s operations.
Will’s addition strengthens Modus’ operational capabilities as the company continues to grow and expand the reach of ZonePro®, Spotlight® and Retail Edge®.
