Modus® welcomes Luismary Saavedra to the team as Sales Support Specialist. She will be supporting sales operations through order processing, coordination and day-to-day customer support.
Luismary brings a depth of experience across operations, administration and customer support. Most recently, she worked for a U.S.-based promotional merchandise company, where she managed the full order lifecycle, including purchase orders, artwork approvals, production coordination, billing and invoicing, database management and pricing accuracy.
In her new role at Made By Modus, Luismary will apply her operational experience and detail-oriented approach to sales support, assisting with order and invoice processing, coordination and other day-to-day needs across the sales organization.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, she also brings experience working across teams and managing complex workflows in remote business environments.
