MODUS Shipping Policy
At Modus®, we work to process and ship ZonePro, Spotlight and Retail Edge barriers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Times
Standard (Non-Custom) Orders
Non-customized products, including pre-printed safety barriers, are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days from the date of order receipt.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Custom Orders
Custom-printed products are processed and shipped within 10–15 business days after final design approval.
Larger or more complex orders may require additional time. For a detailed timeline, please contact support@madebymodus.com.
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed on your estimate.
Rates vary based on product weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options within North America:
- Ground
- 3-Day
- 2-Day
International shipping is available and delivery times will vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor delivery from our warehouse to your location.
If your order does not arrive:
- Please contact the designated carrier using the tracking information provided
- For additional assistance, contact our customer service team at support@madebymodus.com
Modus is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Any costs associated with reshipping or replacing an order due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
MODUS Shipping & Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns – Non-Customized Products
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- A copy of the receipt must be included
Fees & Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
- To initiate a return, contact support@madebymodus.com.
If approved, we will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns – Damaged or Defective Non-Customized Products
For damaged or defective non-customized items, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be returned in original packaging
- A copy of the receipt is required
Shipping & Inspection
- If the product is confirmed to be damaged in transit or defective, Modus will cover return shipping
- If inspection determines the product is not damaged or defective, the buyer will be responsible for:
- Return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee
Once a defective unit is received and verified, a replacement unit will be shipped at no cost.
