At Modus™, we endeavor to process and ship ZonePro® and Spotlight™ barriers as fast and efficiently as possible.
Shipping Processing Time
All non-customized orders such as pre-printed safety barriers are processed within 4 to 7 business days from the date of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays or weekends starting at 12pm PST on Friday.
Custom orders will take between 10 to 15 business days to ship once the design has been approved. Larger orders may require additional time. Please contact support@madebymodus.com for a detailed time estimate.
If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If it looks like your shipment will experience a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on your estimate. Please note that the shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the product, the address to which it is shipped, and the shipping method.
Shipping Method Options
We provide ground, 3 day or 2 day options within North America. International shipping will take longer depending on the destination and how the products are being shipped.
Policy On Lost or Missing Packages
The customer will get tracking information as soon as the order is shipped. This allows customers to monitor its progress from our warehouse to your door. If the order does not arrive, please contact the designated carrier. For additional questions contact our customer our service team at support@madebymodus.com.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address being provided, Modus will not be held responsible. In that case, costs associated with replacing or resending the order will be met by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or otherwise incorrect.
Returns on Non-Customized Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returned unless they are defective.
To start a return, contact us at support@madebymodus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.
Returns on Damaged or Defective Non-Customized Products
For damaged or defective non-customized products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt. If we deem the product is truly damaged in transit or defective, we will pay for the return shipping. If upon inspection the product is determined to be intact, undamaged in transit, and in proper working condition, the buyer will pay for the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us support@madebymodus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.
Once the defective unit is received, a new replacement unit will be shipped free of cost.
Returns on Customized Products
All sales of Customized Products are final with the exception of a damaged product. For damaged or defective customized products we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@madebymodus.com. We will not accept returned products until we have verified the customized product is damaged or defective. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the original receipt. Once received, a new replacement unit will be shipped free of cost or you will receive a refund, (see details in refund section).
Refunds
If you follow the instructions above, you will have a choice of a refund instead of a replacement product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
