The Challenge

The TEAMS Conference & Expo 2024 in Anaheim brought together leaders from across the sports-event industry, featuring multiple presentation areas and Olympics-themed programming. A key challenge was defining the Exhibitor Innovation & Trends Showcase — a staged area located in the middle of the exhibitor floor with rows of seating and a speaker podium. The space needed clearer boundaries and stronger visual identity, along with enhanced branding opportunities for top-tier sponsors.

The Solution: Spotlight by Modus

Spotlight™ Influencer units were deployed to create a defined perimeter around the Exhibitor Innovation & Trends Showcase. By enclosing the area, the barriers encouraged attendees to remain in the space longer and engage more deeply with speakers and programming.

The dual-sided banners also introduced prominent sponsor branding, giving partners added visibility directly within high-traffic zones.

Spotlight units were additionally used to guide attendees toward Olympics-themed sessions featuring medalists, referees, and industry leaders. With Olympics-themed graphics and directional messaging, the banners supported both navigation and immersion. They also doubled as a step-and-repeat backdrop for photos and media moments.
